Are Delta-8 THC gummies legal?

According to the 2018 Farm Bill, Delta-8 THC is legal in most US states. However, it’s illegal to buy Delta-8 THC gummies today in the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Rhode Island, North Dakota, Utah or Vermont. Additionally, we cannot ship internationally outside of the US. For now, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not regulate Delta-8 THC products.
