1. Refund Window:
   • We offer refunds and exchanges for vape devices within 48 hours after the product has been received by the customer. After this period, we are unable to process returns for vape devices.
2. Faulty Devices:
   • In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty vape device, we are here to help. If you discover any manufacturing defects or performance issues within the 48-hour return window, we will gladly honor the return and provide a replacement or refund.
3. User Error Returns:
   • We understand that using vape devices may involve a learning curve. However, we cannot accept returns for vape devices due to user error beyond the initial 48-hour window. It is important to familiarize yourself with proper usage and maintenance to ensure a satisfying vaping experience.
4. Post 48-Hour Window:
   • Should you want a refund on a vape device after the initial 48-hour period, we offer the option to receive up to 50% of the original sale value as a store credit. This credit can be used towards future purchases from our store.

• Proof of defect may be required to process the refund.
• Any refund requests initiated outside of the stipulated timeframes will not be accepted.
