I've been all over lately trying CBD from various places for my ankylosing spondylitis, and I gotta hand it to Diet Smoke, theirs are hands-down the most effective against pain and inflammation that I've tried. I take 3 of these (30 mg) anytime I can't take my NSAIDs for whatever reason, and it basically takes care of it! Everyone's body is different, your mileage may vary, but if you've got any kind of autoimmune pain these are definitely the first ones I'd recommend trying. 1 is great for going to sleep, too!
