Worked 1st night but took too much. Each person required different dose, i guess. One full cube gave me a terrific headache. 1/2 dose made me sleep well but still had a hangover feeling. SO..... I took 1/2 dose 1 hour before bed. Working just fine. WISH the price was LESS.
