I have back issues and frequently have lidocaine patches on. These 50mg gummies are perfect to help me relax and relieves any pain I have, making it easy to get to sleep. I highly recommend these. They also gave me a comfortable buzz.

I really am pleased with most of the GUMMIES from Diet Smoke. The Grape Sleep Gummies are a tad underwhelming, but the BLUE RASPBERRY GUMMIES are top notch! Not too strong and not to weak. Goldilocks would have said, "They are just right." I just felt mellow; the energy was subtle and cool. I will continue to purchase some of the other GUMMIES, but the Blue Raspberry Gummies are my go-to for nice easy, calm vibe.

I suffer from chronic back pain due to disk injuries. I take an Acapulco Gold once or twice a day, and they either take the pain away, or makes me nice and mellow (well, a little more than mellow), so I forget about the pain. I recommend these for pain relief, or recreational use. Just don’t attempt to drive a car or other heavy machinery.
I found these to be mellow and long lasting! For me, it seems to last all day.
